Biography:

For 20 years Mr. Blaher has concentrated his practice in representing retail customers in securities arbitration and litigation; counseling individuals and small business owners on trademark and copyright registration matters and representing clients in federal trademark and copyright infringement court cases; and providing advice to potential and existing franchisees and franchisors. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters and disputes.

An experienced practitioner and staunch advocate of alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Blaher was a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) from its inception in 1991 through 2006; the Orange County Bar Association’s Arbitration Service; and the NASD’s Florida Arbitrator Advisory Council. He also has been appointed to serve in selected groups of arbitrations to review and decide claims, including the Prudential Insurance federal court class action and special programs administered by the American Arbitration Association.
