Biography:
Ms. Burr is a Florida Board Certified Intellectual Property Law Attorney. She has substantial
experience advising clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietors. She advises
businesses, writers, artists, entertainers, software developers, publishers and entrepreneurs of
all varieties. She helps manage and protect trademark, copyright and other IP assets through
appropriate agreements, registrations and enforcement measures. Ms. Burr also handles domain name
controversies, internet issues and web agreements.
Ms. Burr is and has been active on Boards and Committees associated with the Jacksonville Women
Business Owners, The Women’s Business Center of Jacksonville, Small Business Resource Network,
the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Public Library’s Much Ado About Books and various
committees of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Burr was chosen Outstanding Woman Law
Student while at Emory, and served on the Dean’s Advisory Committee there.
Ms. Burr is fluent in French.
