Biography:

Mr. Ditmyer’s experience includes representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and counseling inventors and businesses on the patent process and patent potential of inventions. Mr. Ditmyer’s patent practice includes infringement studies and client counseling. Mr. Ditmyer specializes in patent prosecution in the fields of electrical, electromechanical, optoelectronic, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, semiconductor devices and processing, MPEG and DVD related areas.

Mr. Ditmyer’s previous experience includes working as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office with an emphasis on examining and approving United States and PCT patent applications in electrical and electromechanical technologies.
