Biography:
Ms. Dolan practices in the areas of patent and trademark
prosecution, litigation, and related counseling. She also
practices in the areas of licensing, Internet disputes
and entertainment law.
Ms. Dolan has an extensive corporate background and is
knowledgeable in corporate law and policy. She is a former
member of the U.S. National Research Council’s Board
on Energy & Environment Policy, and a member of the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Subcommittee
on Environmental Policy and Technology. Prior to entering
the practice of law, she held numerous executive, management
and technical positions with General Electric, Westinghouse,
and Lockheed Martin. She was previously an Adjunct Professor
at the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering.
