Biography:
Mr. Henry’s practice focuses on intellectual property and business litigation,
and related insurance coverage disputes including bad faith. His substantial litigation
experience includes patent, trademark and copyright disputes, legal malpractice, insurance
agent’s errors and omissions liability, advertising injury claims, and deceptive trade
practice claims. He is a frequent convention speaker for a variety of organizations including
the DRI, Society of CIC, the PIA, and state and national bar and insurance industry organizations.
He also is a board certified civil mediator and member of the firm’s Mediation Group.
